"Our building was a show building, was hailed by many in Our city and won awards before. The current condition and therefore the image are slowly deteriorating. Sad. The board members, madam ent company and maintenance staff know those all. They individually need to take the matters at hand seriously and move forward with positive and decisively. Frustrations are growing. Long time members either should take those seriously or retire to allow new blood to take over and improve the situation. Too much and for too long. Alas..."
