Our pool and spa areas are showing clear signs of deferred maintenance, with the pools requiring more consistent cleaning and the surrounding deck showing staining and deterioration in places. Additionally, the membership-approved pool bathroom renovation remains stalled, leaving owners without a clear timeline for when the work will move forward.
Addressing these issues requires simple, straightforward maintenance—such as establishing a regular deep-cleaning schedule for the pools and deck, properly smoothing and repairing spa surfaces, and maintaining the surrounding amenities. Completing these routine maintenance items and moving forward with the approved restroom renovation would make a significant difference in restoring our primary outdoor amenity to a clean, safe, modern, and welcoming space for everyone to enjoy.
