Our grounds and building perimeter are showing clear signs of neglect, from dead or overgrown plants and missing vegetation to poor overall maintenance. Additionally, recent additions and replacements have often been made without a cohesive plan, resulting in a mismatched, disjointed layout that looks unprofessional and detracts from the overall appearance of the property.

Replacing dead trees and plants with a cohesive landscape plan—while establishing consistent vendor maintenance and allowing resident volunteers to assist with light gardening—would require relatively little effort yet make a significant difference in our property’s curb appeal. With proper attention and a more coordinated approach, we can restore a polished, well-maintained environment that reflects the quality of our community and the pride our residents have in their home.
