Future Lobby Vision

Our building’s primary entrance is long overdue for an updated look. The current dated style clashes with our recently updated pool area and makes the building feel less cohesive than it could be.

Previous attempts to address the lobby stalled because the refresh was bundled together with other unrelated projects, such as the Social Room. By presenting a simple, standalone Material Alteration focused specifically on the lobby, we can give owners a clear and transparent vision of what the finished space could look like.

The renders below are an example of what could be done, including a refined color palette and materials that complement the rest of our amenities. Notably, a Material Alteration vote would probably not even be required for some of these renders, as they preserve the same pattern and palette as the current floor and utilize paint colors that have already been chosen. For options that do require authorization, providing owners with a clear visual concept allows them to understand exactly what is being proposed before being asked to vote on the Material Alteration.

Once the lobby is addressed as a standalone project, it will also be easier to build momentum for other important improvements, such as the Social Room and garage lobby. Taking this straightforward, project-by-project approach allows us to focus on each area independently while creating a more cohesive, modern, and welcoming first impression for residents and guests.
